Our Mission
The Latino Outreach Council is dedicated to facilitating the equal and full participation of all members of the Latino/e community in the life and affairs of San Luis Obispo County
Our History
In 1992, a group of concerned individuals assembled a task force to investigate the unique needs of the rapidly growing Latino population in San Luis Obispo County. This effort led to the establishment of the Latino Outreach Council in 1994.
